The ASHE VX-72 is part of a range of fully configurable microcontroller based universal Digital process Indicators with or without control relay outputs & retransmission offered in a highly compact, rugged and reliable execution. The instrument has three keys on the front panel, with which the operator can set the parameters and configure the instrument as desired. Dual four-digit LED displays are offered on the front panel. The display can indicate any scale range between –999 to +9999 units.

The Indicators accept all industrial standard input signals, like 4 to 20 mA DC, AC/DC Voltage, AC/DC Current, Resistance, Strain-gauge, Frequency and all temperature sensors like RTD Pt-100, Thermocouples (type J,K,R,S,T,B.E.etc.), Proximity Switches, etc.

The Indicators are available in compact dimensions in DIN Rail execution and operates on AC or DC power supply, as required. The instrument may be used in either two-wire or four-wire configuration and is calibrated as specified. The instrument has upto two Relays for control action, the set-points of which may be set from the front keyboard. Options include analog retransmission signal, Weatherproof / flame-proof executions, etc.

The JX-42-SS is a fully configurable micro-controller based Digital process Indicator with control outputs, offered in a highly compact, rugged and reliable execution. The instrument accepts an analog 4 to 20 mA DC current loop signal and displays the process value which can be calibrated to the desired operating range. A four- digit red LED digital display indicates the process value on a scale range between –999 to +9999 units.

The instrument operates either on 24 VDC or 90 to 270 VAC, 50 Hz universal AC power supply (to be specified). The instrument can also provide analog retransmission signal of 4-20 mA DC and an RS485 serial communication port (optional). The instrument is offered in either Aluminum Alloy LM6 or Stainless Steel SS316 castings, in weatherproof and flameproof executions.

The Ashe Model HTI-90 is a relative humidity cum Temperature indicator designed for highly accurate humidity and temperature measurement. It shows relative humidity and temperature by sensor.

Temperature sensor indicates room temperature.  It has 8x2 OLED displays to indicate Relative Humidity (%) and Temperature ( °C).

A humidity sensor (or hygrometer) senses, measures and reports the relative humidity in the air. It therefore measures both moisture and air temperature. Relative humidity is the ratio of actual moisture in the air to the highest amount of moisture that can be held at that air temperature.

The warmer the air temperature is, the more moisture it can hold. Humidity sensors use capacitive measurement, which relies on electrical capacitance. Electrical capacity is the ability of two nearby electrical conductors to create an electrical field between them. The sensor is composed of two metal plates and contains a non-conductive polymer film between them. This film collects moisture from the air, which causes the voltage between the two plates to change. These voltage changes are converted into digital readings showing the level of moisture in the air.
