The ASHE TX series of Signal Conditioners, Isolators, Transducers, Multipliers and Transmitters comprise a wide range of high quality and reliable instruments for the conversion, amplification and isolation of analog and digital signals. The instruments accept standard industrial process input signals such as DC/AC Voltage, DC/AC Current, 4 to 20 mA DC, RTD Pt-100 sensor, Thermocouple sensor, Frequency [Pulse], Resistance, etc. and provide a buffered and isolated output with enhanced load driving capacity. The instruments find wide usage in single loop or distributed process measurement and control applications.

The new Series TX-230 DC Current signal Isolators measure a standard current loop signal of 4 to 20 mA DC and buffer the signal into an isolated current loop signal of 4 to 20 mA DC [or as required]. The Output signal is linear with respect to the Input signal and is galvanically and optically isolated to a potential level of 1.5 KV rms for one minute.

The instruments operate on 85 to 270 V Universal AC power supply, or alternatively 20 to 70 VDC power supply. Optional features include Signal repeating [multiple isolated outputs], higher load driving capability, digital indication facility, control relay outputs, two-wire operation with auxillary power output, etc. The instruments are available in compact industrial grade enclosures in DIN Rail / Wall-mounting execution, or optionally in IP65 protected field mount weather-proof enclosures, or in CIMFR certified explosion-proof enclosures. Absence of any moving parts provides these instruments inherent advantages like immunity to mechanical shocks, dust, ambient temperature, humidity and corrosive atmosphere.

The ASHE TM-52 is a compact Temperature Indicator with dual relay contact outputs and analog signal retransmission. The instrument can be quickly mounted on a standard DIN Rail in any rack or cabinet for temperature monitoring within the panel.

The instrument has a built in precision temperature sensor which provides an accurate reading of ambient temperature on a two digit display. The required alarm level may be set on the menu and the instrument provides potential free relay change over contacts at a set temperatures. An analog retransmission signal of 4 to 20 mA DC is available at the output terminals for remote Temperature display or monitoring.

The instrument is offered in a highly compact DIN rail mount execution. The precision temperature sensor is built-in and provides an accurate indicator of ambient temperature.

The Temperature monitoring unit TM-52 is a useful accessory in any panel or cabinet to ensure that high temperature within the cabinet does not cause haem to the server and other critical equipment. The instrument provides the operator with instantaneous indication of temperature while simultaneously transmitting the temperature value to a remote location for monitoring and also providing a relay alarm in the event of abnormal temperature conditions.

The ASHE Series HTR are a range of micro-controller based instruments for the measurement and retransmission of Relative Humidity and Temperature, offered in a compact and portable execution. The instrument has three control Keys on the front panel, through which the Operator can set the parameters and configure the instrument as desired.

The instrument uses a precision RH+T Sensor and is factory calibrated for accurate display of ambient temperature and relative humidity.

The ASHE TX series of Signal Conditioners, Isolators, Transducers and Transmitters comprise a wide range of high quality and reliable instruments for the conversion, amplification and isolation of analog and digital signals. The instruments accept standard industrial process input signals such as DC/AC Voltage, DC/AC Current, 4 to 20 mA DC, RTD Pt-100 sensor, Thermocouple sensor, Frequency [Pulse], Resistance, etc. and provide a buffered and isolated output with enhanced load driving capacity. The instruments find wide usage in single loop or distributed process measurement and control applications.

The new Series TX-125 Frequency signal Isolating Transducers measure pulse frequency signals and convert the signal into an isolated analog current loop signal of 4 to 20 mADC [or as required]. The Output signal is linear with respect to the Input signal and is galvanically and optically isolated to a potential level of 1.5 KV rms for one minute. The instruments operate on 110 or 230 Volts AC mains power supply or 20 to 70 VDC Power Supply. Optional features include Signal repeating [multiple isolated outputs], higher load driving capability, digital indication facility, control relay outputs, two-wire operation with auxillary power output, etc. The instruments are available in compact industrial grade enclosures in DIN Rail / Wall-mounting execution, or optionally in IP65 protected field mount weather-proof enclosures, or in CIMFR certified explosion-proof enclosures. Absence of any moving parts provides these instruments inherent advantages like immunity to mechanical shocks, dust, ambient temperature, humidity and corrosive atmosphere.

The instrument is used for signal conditioning of Servo Valves like Moog, where the input signal is bipolar. The instruments operate on 65 to 285 Volts AC 50/60 Hz mains power supply. Optional features include Signal repeating [multiple isolated outputs], higher load driving capability, digital indication facility, control relay outputs, two-wire operation with auxillary power output, etc. The instruments are available in compact industrial grade enclosures in DIN Rail / Wall-mounting execution, or optionally in IP65 protected field mount weather-proof enclosures, or in CIMFR certified explosion-proof enclosures.
