The instruments find wide usage in single loop or distributed process measurement and control applications.

The new Series TX-240 Resistance Signal Isolating Transducers measure a variable Resistance in Ohms and buffer the signal into an isolated current loop signal of 4 to 20 mA DC [or as required]. The Output signal is linear with respect to the Input signal and is galvanically and optically isolated to a potential level of 1.5 KV rms for one minute. The instruments operate on 65 to 285 VAC, 50/60 Hz Universal AC power or 20 to 70 VDC Power Supply.

Optional features include Signal repeating [multiple isolated outputs], higher load driving capability, digital indication facility, control relay outputs, two-wire operation with auxillary power output, etc. The instruments are available in compact industrial grade enclosures in DIN Rail / Wall-mounting execution, or optionally in IP65 protected field mount weather-proof enclosures, or in CIMFR certified explosion-proof enclosures. The ASHE TX series of Signal Conditioners, Isolators, Transducers Multipliers and Transmitters comprise a wide range of high quality and reliable instruments for the conversion, amplification and isolation of analog and digital signals. The instruments accept standard industrial process input signals such as DC/AC Voltage, DC/AC Current, 4 to 20 mA DC, RTD Pt-100 sensor, Thermocouple sensor, Frequency [Pulse], Resistance, Strain-gauge, etc. and provide a buffered and isolated output with enhanced load driving capacity. The instruments find wide usage in single loop or distributed process measurement and control applications.

The new Series TX-242 Resistance Signal Isolating Transducers and Repeaters accept a Tap Changer input in Transformer applications and transmit the Tap Number through dual Analog signals. The instruments can also be configured to accept variable resistance or potentiometric input and buffer the signal into dual isolated current loop signals of 4 to 20 mA DC [or as required]. The Output signals are linear with respect to the Input signal and are galvanically and optically isolated to a potential level of 1.5 KV rms for one minute. The instruments operate on 65 to 285 Volts AC 50/60 Hz mains power supply or 20 to 70 V DC Power Supply.

Optional features include Signal repeating [multiple isolated outputs], higher load driving capability, digital indication facility, control relay outputs, two-wire operation, auxillary power output, etc. The instruments are available in compact industrial grade enclosures in DIN Rail / Wall-mounting execution, or optionally in IP65 protected field mount weather-proof enclosures, or in CIMFR certified explosion-proof enclosures. Absence of any moving parts provide these instruments inherent advantages like immunity to mechanical shocks, dust, ambient temperature, humidity and corrosive atmosphere.

The ASHE Series HTR are a range of micro-controller based instruments for the measurement and retransmission of Relative Humidity and Temperature, offered in a compact and portable execution. The instrument has three control Keys on the front panel, through which the Operator can set the parameters and configure the instrument as desired.

The instrument uses a precision RH+T Sensor and is factory calibrated for accurate display of ambient temperature and relative humidity.

The instrument provides two analog retransmission signals of 4-20 mA DC proportional to the measured Relative Humidity and Temperature for process control or logging purposes. It also offers a RS485 communication signal (on Modbus RTU protocol) of these parameters, for remote monitoring. The instrument operates on 24 VDC and is offered in a rugged polycarbonate enclosure in wall-mount execution. The bright OLED display provides clear indications of the relative Humidity and Temperature values.
